Oracle Group Australia has appointed experienced insurance executive Carl Rumble to the newly created role of general manager.  

Mr Rumble previously served as HDI Global’s Regional Market Manager for Australasia for six years, following a three-year stint at Zurich. He has also worked at Marsh, AMP and XL Insurance.  

Oracle Group says the move complements its recent appointments of Vickii Srbinovski as National Compliance Manager, Sue Pender as National Winbeat Administration and Tonia Colliver as National Support and Training Manager as it restructures roles and responsibilities for its directors.

“Oracle Group Australia continues its growth both organically and via acquisition, placing over $170 million in GWP across its network of 50 CARs and brokers,” Oracle Group Chair and Authorised Representative Director Jane Martin said.  

“One of the Directors, Craig Costello, recently relocated to Darwin, Northern Territory to continue expanding the business and the network.”  

Group MD Matthew Denehy says the group has been on the lookout for a GM for more than a year.

“This is a very strategic appointment as it demonstrates our commitment to establishing a solid foundation and operational framework behind the Board of Directors, along with enhancing the skillset and talent within the OG family,” he said.
