Michael Gething has been appointed to a three-year term as ASIC’s WA Regional Commissioner. He will also take up the national role of National Adviser, Policy and Markets Directorate. 

ASIC Chairman David Knott said Mr Gething’s strong legal and management background “brings great strengths” to the regulator.
