John Andrew Hurlock, a former director of Queensland company Trojan Insurance Brokers, was sentenced last week to three years jail after pleading guilty to 12 charges brought by ASIC. 

He was found to have falsely invoiced clients of Trojan for the renewal of commercial and personal insurance policies between 1996 and 1998. 

Trojan Insurance is well known in the Townsville area.  Andrew Hurlock was a director of the company from April 1996 till the end of 1998.
