Broker pleads guilty to ASIC fraud charges
A Victorian broker has pleaded guilty to four fraud-related charges brought by the corporate regulator.
ASIC said Robert Wilson appropriated $119,600 from clients and insurance premium funder BMG Finance while working for Mark Prolisko Insurance Agency between February 2004 and September 2005.
Last year Mr Wilson was banned by ASIC from providing financial services. He will be sentenced in the County Court of Victoria next Tuesday.
