New claims management company Insurance Claims Solutions (ICS) was officially launched last week in Melbourne. The company says its internet-based product known as Claims FasTrack “allows claims to be processed in half the time for half the cost”.

The creation of Melbourne-based claims and recovery experts Christine Kibby and Cliff Maxwell, Claims FasTrack took three years to develop and “ensures that all parties involved in the claims process can access any claim at any time”.

“It was great to finally launch ICS and see the positive response from the industry,” Ms Kibby said. “We look forward to consolidating our position and working to reduce claims costs.”
