TAL has appointed Matt Paterson as GM Customer Operations and Underwriting following the departure of David Campbell.

Mr Paterson started in the role last week, based in the Sydney office.

Before joining TAL he was a principal at customer service consultancy LimeBridge Australia. He has also worked at CGU as head of operations.
