MLC Life Insurance will soon introduce LifeView, a comprehensive, integrated group cover digital platform for superannuation fund trustees, members and administrators.

Its client Energy Super will be the first fund to start using the platform early next year.

“Our LifeView platform will not only provide Energy Super’s members with more visibility on claims, but will also allow its contact centres to access a detailed point-by-point update on how members’ claims are progressing,” Chief Customer Officer Group Insurance Suzanne Smith said.

“We’re committed to working together with funds to provide more value and better streamline processes, and look forward to rolling out our LifeView platform with other group insurance clients [next year].”

LifeView is part of a $400 million technology upgrade following MLC Life’s separation from NAB.
