Mercer CEO appointed as FSC chairman
The Financial Services Council (FSC) says its board has elected Mercer Australia CEO and Pacific Zone Leader David Bryant as Chairman.
He takes over from Geoff Lloyd, who stood down following his resignation as MLC Wealth CEO.
Mr Bryant first joined the FSC board in 2013 and has held several positions since then, including as co-deputy chairman, chair of the Standards Oversight and Disciplinary Board Committee and member of the Administration and Risk Board Committee.
In another board appointment, Challenger MD and CEO Richard Howes has been elected to replace his CFO Andrew Tobin, who steps down this month.
