Macquarie Life has won its seventh consecutive five-star rating for adviser satisfaction from Beaton Research and Consulting.

It scored 81% for satisfaction in a benchmarking survey of 1176 national advisers.

The group also tops several categories in the survey, including business development manager support, product quality and technology services.

The business development manager team is praised for its product knowledge, availability and responsiveness.

Macquarie Life Head of Underwriting, Claims and Insurance Proposition Sally Phillips says the adviser feedback is encouraging.
