The Financial Planning Association (FPA) has announced Erica Cummins of Graham Wealth in Swan Hill, Victoria, as the latest winner of the Gwen Fletcher Memorial Award.

Ms Cummins has been advising for more than five years, and has been recognised as the best-performing student in the final unit of the Certified Financial Planner course.

FPA CEO Dante De Gori has hailed Ms Cummins’ “commitment and dedication to advancing her career”.

Ms Cummins says women remain under-represented in the profession, and she hopes more will be inspired to take leading roles.
