BT upgrades quoting software
BT has upgraded its life insurance quote and application software, to make it easier for advisers to obtain cover.
Clients holding life insurance policies partly inside superannuation and partly outside can now make split payments annually or monthly. Holding a policy inside super allows clients to pay premiums from their super accounts, while other components that are restricted within super are held outside the account.
BT has also linked its software with the OmniLife risk research tool, so advisers can populate client data within the research software.
It has extended its offer to waive policy fees for life, total and permanent disability and Living Insurance protection plan policies for new applications submitted by March 31.
