BT has appointed Kim Cohen as Head of Product for the life insurance business.

Ms Cohen has 12 years’ experience in life insurance, including eight with BT in product and pricing roles. Most recently she was director of product development at Pacific Life Re.

BT has also announced that Mark Bower is joining as National Manager, Acquisitions and Servicing.

He has more than two decades’ experience in the sector and previously worked for Asteron Life and TAL. Priorities in his new role will include strengthening service delivery to advisers.
