AIA worker health study returns
AIA Australia will hold its second annual survey of worker lifestyles, clinical indicators, stress and mental health, to understand impacts on wellbeing and productivity.
The Australia’s Healthiest Workplace survey is open to companies with at least 20 employees. Participants need to register with AIA by May 30.
Results will be analysed to name Australia’s healthiest employer, healthiest employees and healthiest workplace.
Each participating employer will receive a comprehensive “organisational report” with findings arising from employer and employee responses.
Participating employees will receive a personal overview of their health and wellbeing.
“Through the survey, employers receive a comprehensive report providing insights and trends over time to help improve business productivity while also improving wellbeing in the workplace,” AIA Australia and New Zealand CEO Damien Mu said.
“Ultimately, this will serve our goal of helping Australia to become the healthiest and most protected nation in the world, and Australians to live healthier, longer, better lives.”
