JLT Chairman Ross Howard will become Vice-Chairman of Guy Carpenter after the merger with parent Marsh.

He will also become a member of Guy Carpenter’s executive committee and be responsible for developing new business and client relationships.

He will play a key role executing the integration of JLT with Guy Carpenter.

Mr Howard will report to JLT Specialty CEO Lucy Clarke, who will become President of the combined business.
