Crawford & Company sets revenue record

Revenue at Crawford & Company rose 2% to a record $1.29 billion ($1.62 billion) last year. 

Australia made up $US88.99 million ($111.58 million), or 7%, of the total, down slightly from $US89.48 million ($112.57 million) a year earlier. 

For the fourth quarter, revenue rose 17% to $US347.3 million ($437.23 million) and net income was $US5.7 million ($7.17 million) after a loss a year earlier. 

“We closed out 2024 with a strong fourth quarter, delivering revenue growth across all business segments and achieving expansion in key markets,” the claims management company’s CEO Rohit Verma said. 

“Our core businesses continued their strong momentum, while our weather-dependent segments saw an uptick in claims activity following hurricanes Helene and Milton.”
