Day two is underway. Youi COO Actuarial and Analytics Bert Bakker is delivering an opening statement. He will be joined by Chief Customer Officer Jason Storey.

Mr Bakker says the Hayne royal commission forced Youi to "confront some fundamental questions" and refocus on customers and claims.
