Mr Feledy says "I have to be very clear that travel insurance does not cover pandemic or known events".

But he says the unused portion of travel premiums can be refunded.

There follows quite a confusing exchange to establish what the "unused portion" would be.

Chairman Tim Wilson thinks that it would be 100% if the trip was never made, but he's forgetting about cancellation cover.
