AIA Australia CEO Damien Mu is now being questioned.

The focus seems to be on health insurance and how much AIA is saving due to coronavirus shutdowns, and why this is not being passed on to customers through significantly reduced premiums.

The focus on health is a little strange because AIA Australia is primarily a life insurer with 3.8 million lives insured and only about 30,000 private health policies.

Mr Mu tries to point this out but the Chairman and Deputy Chairman won't let it drop.

Mr Mu promises to supply information as to how much health claims have fallen.
