Anne Aly asks if there are a lot of AFCA complaints relating to sums insured and insurance calculators.

"There is some misunderstanding of what the sum insured means," Mr Price says.

"One of the problems that we have is that [people] forget the fact that if [they] have to rebuild there will other expenses involved. Council fees, architectural fees, almost inevitably legal fees."

He says calculators are "a not unreasonable guide" - but they are just a guide.

He says "market value" as opposed to a sum insured can be unclear when used in motor insurance.
