Envest unveils networks leadership
Envest has announced the leadership team for its network business, which includes Resilium and PSC Network Partners.
Envest Networks CEO Craig Robson says the leadership group will be responsible for driving strategic alignment and continuous improvements across the group’s authorised network businesses.
“This new structure will create a combined leadership for operations, finance, compliance, broking and partnerships, to report directly to myself and provide a co-ordinated and focused approach to network business in the Envest Group,” he said.
Resilium and PSC Network Partners will continue to operate as separate entities, to maintain consistency of service and support to authorised representatives.
In the new structure, Resilium MD Ben Hastie will step into the role of chief broking officer, Hannah McRae-Williams from PSC Network Partners has been appointed COO and David Penfold will remain PSC Connect director for New Zealand.
Eoghan Trehy will continue to lead the organic growth and mergers and acquisitions activity of equity partners as head of Resilium Partners, Resilium finance manager Clive Kingsley will step up to head of finance for Envest Networks and Rachel Kerkvliet will continue as Resilium compliance manager.
The company says that, as previously announced, Tony Walker will take up a non-executive chairman role for Envest Networks.
Mr Robson says the changes will ensure a focus on maintaining and improving service and support to the respective AR networks.
“For most of our clients, customers and staff, this new leadership structure will not substantially change or impact our day-to-day operations in Resilium and PSC Network Partners, but I am confident that in the long term it will help us deliver the best of both worlds to our authorised representatives,” he said.
