Arteva appoints Chief Commercial Officer
Elise Pedersen has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer at Arteva Funding, replacing Brisbane-based Bob Dodd who will transition to the role of Commercial Director to focus on expansion and business development.
Arteva also appointed two Business Development Managers – Adelaide-based Jake Guidera who will focus on the SA market, and Sydney-based Briana Phillips who joined the NSW team – and Head of People and Culture Ally O’Brien.
Ms Pedersen has worked at Allianz for eight years, most recently as Senior Portfolio Manager in Melbourne, and spent almost six years at Macquarie Group.
Reporting to CEO Daniel Gronert, she will lead Arteva’s national sales team, drive key partnerships and help accelerate growth strategies.
“Elise is a dynamic, talented and well-respected leader with a strong track record of delivering commercial growth,” Mr Gronert said. “Her exceptional strategic capabilities and proven operational effectiveness will be invaluable as we continue to grow.”
Ms Pedersen says the culture, customer centricity and strong industry reputation at the independent premium finance company, which provides more than 130,000 clients with insurance premium funding annually, “set a high bar”.
"I'm looking forward joining such a dynamic team, reconnecting with familiar faces and establishing new relationships throughout the industry,” she said.
