Zurich Financial Services Australia has announced two changes to its top-level executive team.

Iain Howie, the former CFO for Zurich’s Asia-Pacific Middle East operations, has been appointed Zurich Australia CFO, replacing acting CFO Greg Della.

Mr Della, previously Zurich Australia’s Head of Strategic Finance and Chief Life Actuary, has been appointed to a newly created position as Head of Corporate Development.

Mr Howie has more that 20 years’ experience in the insurance industry, and has held senior roles across Asia, the UK and US.

A Zurich stalwart for 25 years, Mr Della has also worked in Hong Kong as Director of Life Business.
