QBE works on online capabilities for brokers
QBE has announced a national program to boost its online portal capabilities to help brokers and customers streamline claims management for some product lines.
The improvements will include increased finalisation limits for household claims, new straight-through processing abilities for business package claims and a new facility to register private and commercial motor vehicle claims.
EGM Intermediary Distribution Colin Fagen says the system upgrades will deliver faster turnaround times while increasing customer satisfaction.
“These enhancements empower our brokers with an easier method of processing claims, through a user-friendly system that generates instant notifications of a claims number and eliminates the need for claim forms,” he said.
