PSC Insurance Group has completed its acquisition of regional Victorian brokerage Alan Wilson Insurance Brokers (AWIB).

PSC announced on April 27 that it had reached an agreement valued at $17.5 million for the Traralgon-based broker.

Founder Alan Wilson will continue to act as AWIB’s head and says its operations will remain in Traralgon.
