Insurance Advisernet has promoted Andrew Borden to the newly created role of GM operations.

MD Shaun Standfield says the structural change aims to ensure the company remains the “number one award-winning adviser/broker network in Australia and New Zealand” as its 30th anniversary approaches.

Melbourne-based Mr Borden will take the role from March 31 and relocate to Sydney “in the next few years”. 

He will have responsibility for operational delivery teams including the regional units, learning and development, marketing and business information services.

Insurance Advisernet is now looking to fill Mr Borden’s current role of GM southern.
