CGU has created an online claims portal allowing its partners to lodge claims and access client information from anywhere, at any time.

The tool helps partners manage claims for commercial customers with motor, business, property, marine or travel insurance.

It is accessible via the CGU partner portal, available on computers and tablets.

EGM Broker Business Donna Walker says the tool is an example of CGU’s commitment to investing in technology to better service clients.

“The easy access to claims information also creates a value proposition that is meaningful and relevant to customers and strengthens the advice-driven model of brokers,” Ms Walker said.

EGM Claims Jen Mitchell says the new portal is intuitive.

“Already we have received very positive feedback from our partners, who find the portal not only easy to use but extremely time-efficient,” she said.
