Austbrokers Holdings has made National Manager Group Services and Support Frank Gualtieri redundant, following structural changes.

From Wednesday, Jodie Blackledge, previously CFO of The Trust Company, will take over as CFO from Steve Rouvray, who is retiring.

Ms Blackledge’s responsibilities will be expanded to include finance and finance service support, risk and compliance, group legal, and company secretariat.

The company will also appoint an internal group legal counsel, who will report to the CFO.

These changes have led to Mr Gualtieri’s position being made redundant.

He joined Austbrokers in 2001, having previously held finance and administration positions at QBE, Mercantile Mutual and NZI.

Requests for further information from Austbrokers on the changes had not been met at today’s publication deadline.
