Zurich Insurance Group has appointed Katrin Stoecker as Australia and New Zealand technical director of general insurance underwriting. 

Ms Stoecker was previously product owner commercial markets, according to her LinkedIn. 

She starts her new role today, replacing Graham Johns who has been made Asia-Pacific head of technical underwriting. 

Ms Stoecker was Steadfast Underwriting Agencies Holdings COO before returning to Zurich in 2022 as a program manager on contract. 

Prior to Steadfast, she was Zurich’s general insurance operations excellence manager.
