Aon says it has strengthened its People Solutions offer in Australia by integrating its longstanding Human Capital Solutions, Health and Benefits, Wealth Solutions and Workplace Risk capabilities.

Aon says a team of more than 150 People Solutions consultants from across Australia can advise on governance, executive rewards, incentive plan designs, pay equity, compensation data, talent assessment, employee benefits, wellbeing, workers’ compensation and employee health & safety.

The combined practice helps organisations attract and retain their workforce, offering expert advice across the spectrum of workforce issues, says Head of People Solutions Simon Kennedy.
