Zurich bags deal with top golfer
Zurich has enhanced its three-year sponsorship of Australian golfer Jason Day, the world’s No.1, to put its brand on his bag and secure his appearance in marketing campaigns.
North America Head of Marketing, Distribution and Regional Management Randall Clouser says Mr Day is “an incredible member of the Zurich golf ambassador team”.
“We are proud to expand our sponsorship with Jason and connect the Zurich brand even closer to golf fans around the world,” he said.
The deal comes after Zurich and the PGA Tour announced a new format for this year’s Zurich Classic in the US, comprising 80 two-man teams competing in rounds of best ball and alternate shot.
