Zurich has appointed Anita Piccolo as Customer Care Manager, Queensland.

Ms Piccolo has most recently worked at Claims Central in Brisbane and previously managed fleet and commercial motor claims teams for IAG in Melbourne.

The appointment will help Zurich “deliver the highest levels of customer service”, according to State Manager Hugh Easton.
