David Haberland and Jane Holling have been appointed global relationship leaders in Zurich’s distribution team.

Mr Haberland has more than 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry and joins Zurich from information management group Iron Mountain, where he was global VP and chief risk officer.

Before that he held the same role with subsidiary Recall.

Ms Holling was previously risk and compliance manager at Tabcorp, following senior roles with Computershare, Telstra and consulting groups in enterprise risk management.

CEO Rajbir Nanra says the appointments affirm Zurich’s commitment to customer relationship management (CRM).

“The objective of our CRM team is to ensure we, as a collective, provide our brokers and customers with the very best Zurich has to offer,” he said.

Mr Haberland, based in Sydney, and Melbourne-based Ms Holling will work with Head of Customer Management Christian Falkingham.
