Youi poses web content question in student grant contest

Applications are open for this year’s $5000 Youi student grant, targeting undergraduates in business or IT, including design and animation, computing sciences and game development.

Entrants must submit an essay of up to 1000 words by October 24, and the winner will be announced on November 7.

“We’re once again backing students with unique skill sets, perspectives and experiences, and who think just as differently as we do,” Youi said.

This year’s essay question is: “In today's digital age, personalised customer experiences are essential for building strong customer relationships. How can insurance companies like Youi utilise website content to create tailored experiences for individual customers?”

Discussion questions to be answered are:

  • How can Youi implement dynamic content strategies to deliver personalised website experiences based on user behaviour, preferences, and demographics?
  • How can AI be used to analyse customer data and preferences to generate personalised product recommendations and content suggestions?
  • What are the ethical considerations of using AI in marketing, and how can Youi ensure that AI is used responsibly and transparently to protect customer data privacy?
