WTW scoops up software maker Jobable to tackle people challenges

Willis Towers Watson (WTW) has bolstered its technology capability with the acquisition of Hong Kong-based software development firm Jobable as the working environment evolves rapidly.

WTW said the new skills and experience will help its clients drive digital transformation.

Jobable’s CEO Richard Hanson will head Data Science for Talent & Rewards, based in Hong Kong, while co-founder and COO Luke Byrne will help drive the transition.

WTW’s Talent & Rewards Leader in Australasia Adam Hall says the addition of Jobable will allow WTW to use more creative ways of solving problems for clients.

“We are excited to apply new data science capabilities and technologies that will help clients address their critical and emerging people challenges.”
