Wotton + Kearney steps up to help needy communities
Law firm Wotton + Kearney aims to this year raise more than $100,000 for the Black Dog Institute, a not-for-profit mental health research institute.
The law firm set the goal as part of its pro bono work and other initiatives to support communities in need.
According to the firm, it contributed more than 3000 pro bono and community hours in the last financial year. It also extended its partnership with the Black Dog Institute and provided financial support to 15 charity partners.
The efforts represent it’s Pro Bono and Responsible Business program called Community Footprint.
“Last year, vulnerable members of our communities needed more help than ever before,” Wotton + Kearney says on its LinkedIn page. “Through W+K’s Community Footprint program, we have been able to contribute in many impactful ways.”
