Willis Group Holdings has appointed Neil Gray as regional GM for WA.

He will oversee day-to-day operations at Willis Perth and play a key role in major account servicing, business development and underwriter dealings.

Mr Gray also joins the Willis Australasia executive team, which targets business growth and client retention nationally.

He replaces Bryan Leibbrandt, who joined Gibbscorp as MD earlier this year.

Mr Gray has worked in the Perth market for more than 11 years. He has served as regional manager for PSC McKenna Hampton and ran OAMPS’ WA and SA operations for almost six years. Before moving to Australia, he held senior roles with Marsh UK.

He was the National Insurance Brokers Association’s WA divisional chairman from 2007 to 2009.
