Willis mining practice boss Steve Higginson has left to join Swiss Re in Singapore, where he will be Key Account Manager, covering industries including infrastructure and mining.

Scott Kirkwood, who worked with Mr Higginson for 11 years, is Willis’ new Australasian Mining Practice Group Leader, based in Brisbane.

Mr Higginson starts his new role on February 18.
