The National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) board has one new face in its 2010 line-up.

Austbrokers AEI Transport MD Tim Wedlock is set to join the board following the departure of Immediate Past President Paul Goddard, who has stepped down.

David Wyner retains a seat on the NIBA board following a move from OAMPS Insurance Brokers to InterRisk Australia.

Also returning are NIBA President Steve Lardner (Aon Risk Services), David Duffield (Marsh), Peter Blanco (De Conno & Blanco Insurance Brokers), Shayne Smith (Insurance Broking Queensland), Frank Earl (AHL Insurance Brokers), John Halliday (Willis), Steve Ball (JLT), David Newton (Westminster Broking House), and Graham Stevens (Edgewise Insurance Brokers).

NIBA disclosed the new appointments on its website. CEO Noel Pettersen told insuranceNEWS.com.au the board will meet this week to ratify the changes.
