Victoria names Warren Tickle Award finalist
Nicholas Hodges from InterRisk has been named this year’s Warren Tickle Memorial Award finalist for Victoria and Tasmania.
Mr Hodges joins other state finalists Queenslander Brylee Leach of Marsh, Luke Goss from Blue Broking in WA, Andrew Fleming of MGA Insurance Brokers representing SA and the NT, and Rhys James from Nadic Insurance Brokers in NSW, to vie for the national title.
Each state finalist has won airfares and accommodation to attend a personal development workshop in Sydney, as well as registration fees to attend the National Insurance Brokers Association (NIBA) Convention in Sydney in September, where the Warren Tickle Memorial Award winner will be announced.
The national winner will receive a trip for two to London incorporating an educational program, accommodation and spending money.
The award, which is organised by NIBA and sponsored by Vero, recognises outstanding standards of professionalism and integrity in brokers aged under 35.
It is named for former Insurance Commissioner and industry educator Warren Tickle.
