Vero’s RMAdvancer risk management awards have this year added a category for GIO workers’ compensation customers, with nominations opening today.

The five award categories are property risk management, motor risk management, liability risk management, enterprise, and workers’ compensation.

“In this spirit of continuously raising the bar, this year we’ve opened up the awards to GIO workers’ compensation customers who have delivered innovative and effective risk management plans,” Vero Risk Engineering Capability Team Leader Dale Garbett said.

“Workers’ compensation is typically the biggest insurance cost for an organisation, so risk management can have a tremendous impact.”

Expressions of interest are open until August 31.

Award winners can choose between a consultation program with Vero’s risk engineering team or 200,000 Qantas Business Rewards points.
