The Valerie Baker Memorial Award is open for applications from brokers and underwriting agencies.

The award – in its sixth year – recognises excellence in the insurance intermediary sector.

The panel is looking for applicants who “fly the flag” for Australian intermediaries in the London market and have a strong interest in exploring the foundations of the industry.

The award is organised by Gold Seal – the company Val Baker founded – as well as Austbrokers & IBNA Member Services, Steadfast and Lloyd’s.
