The Underwriting Agencies Council has opened its Finity Consulting workshop to brokers.

Session topics will include premium rate and profitability trends in commercial lines, and challenges facing the insurance market.

Attendees can also learn about a new analysis tool driven by the National Claims and Policy Database.

Council GM William Legge says the workshop will help senior underwriters and executives, and will provide insights on premiums, profitability and underwriting issues.

The workshop will be held on November 13 in Sydney. Participants must register at uac.org.au.
