Willis Australia has appointed former Willis UK executive Helene Madell as Broking Services GM.

Ms Madell has been filling the role in an interim capacity since February.

She joined Willis Australia in April last year and was responsible for platforms and facilities.

Ms Madell previously worked for Willis Group in London. Over a 10-year period she was responsible for setting up the London broking team for the UK commercial network, and served as commercial broking director.
