The Underwriting Agencies Council will hold a seminar tomorrow morning on potential headaches for underwriters and brokers.

The seminar will be presented by Gillis Delaney Lawyers MD David Newey and will examine issues such as corporate structuring and asset protection, labour supply models and contracting strategies.

The event, at the law firm’s offices at Level 40, 161 Castlereagh Street in Sydney, will be held from 8am-10am and is free for underwriting agency staff, brokers and adjusters.
