Two new directors have joined the Underwriting Agencies Council (UAC) board following its AGM in December.

Dual Australia MD Peter Bailey and Sportscover Marketing and Business Development Director Steve Boucher join re-elected directors Heath Amber, Linda King and Jo Lindsay-Eschbank.

John Iles, who was not required to stand for re-election, remains as chairman.

The council adopted a new constitution at its AGM, replacing its previous memorandum and articles of association.

Mr Iles says UAC will revamp its website this year, giving brokers greater access and allowing them to more easily search for members’ specialisations.

Expanding the council’s expos and other member services is also on the agenda.
