UAC directors work on blueprint

Underwriting Agencies Council (UAC) board members have held a workshop to consider their business plan for the next three to five years.

GM William Legge told insuranceNEWS.com.au the session last week at the Sydney office of the council’s law firm, Gillis Delaney, was “extremely successful”.

The workshop was facilitated by Sydney leadership coach Roger Norton.

“The focus was on where we want to be as an organisation and what we need to do to get there,” Mr Legge said. “We got through a lot of ideas.

“The next step is to present a document to the board that puts forward some workable ideas that we can develop into a plan.”
