Former Chief Risk officer at Genworth Financial Australia Paul Caputo has been appointed Insurance Consulting Practice Leader at Towers Watson.

He succeeds Anton Kapel, who joined AMP as Deputy Group Actuary last month.

Mr Caputo has previously been CFO of Krungthai Axa Life Thailand, and also held various roles at MLC.

Towers Watson Australia MD Andrew Boal says Mr Caputo’s has more than 25 years’ experience in the financial services industry, and “has in-depth experience in building, developing and leading a diverse range of high performing business units, ranging from finance to sales and operations”.
