The next event in the Australian Insurance Law Association’s twilight seminar series will be held on Wednesday.

The session on “mis-statement and non-disclosure: law and policy drafting” will be addressed by Federal Court judge Chief Justice James Allsop.

He will examine the current law of mis-statement and non-disclosure, and the implications for policy drafting.

The session will be chaired by Sybilla Waring-Lambert, Senior Associate with Yeldham Price O’Brien Lusk. 

It will be held at the offices of Minter Ellison in Sydney from 4.30pm. More information is available here.
