Marine insurance, terrorism and customers are on the agenda for the fifth annual NT Insurance Conference next month.

This year’s theme is “customer connection – challenge or opportunity”, with separate general insurance and personal injury management streams available to delegates.

LMI Group MD Allan Manning returns to speak at the event, presenting on marine insurance, while Finlaysons Special Counsel Ralph Bonig will discuss terrorism and insurance.

Claim Central CEO Brian Siemsen will deliver a presentation called Video, Digital and Customer Self-Service – The Breakthrough in Customer Management.

In the personal injury management stream, the program includes Beyondblue GM Workplace Patrice O’Brien, Workspine neurosurgeon Michael Kern and ophthalmologist Annette Gebauer.

Nominations for the NT Insurance Industry Awards close tomorrow, with winners to be announced at a gala dinner on the last night of the conference.
