Technical Assessing announces new hires

Loss adjuster Technical Assessing has appointed Zack Mun and Brad Hart as Executive Loss Adjusters, based respectively at its Victoria and Tasmania offices.

The business says Mr Mun is part of the National Property, Construction & Engineering team and his specialisation lies in handling construction and engineering losses.

His experience also enables him to handle claims for all classes of insurance, including property damage, public liability and professional indemnity.

He began his career as a design engineer for a roofing company in Malaysia and in 2011 joined an international adjusting firm where he handled construction and engineering losses.

In 2014 he migrated to Australia and joined a niche specialist adjusting firm as a construction and engineering adjuster. During this time, he was promoted to an Executive Loss Adjuster as well as managing the Victorian operation for that firm.

Technical Assessing says Mr Hart is regarded as one of Tasmania’s “premier” loss adjusters and will be an “outstanding addition” to the Hobart team.

During his career he has handled related work from many catastrophes including Cyclones Larry (2006) and Yasi (2011), Brisbane flooding (2000, 2011, 2022) and the Hobart severe storm and flooding in 2018.
